Agreement to these terms

By using this website or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What's included

For $29.99 per month, with a $0 setup fee, Developer Dudes provides:

• A custom-built website designed around your business
• Hosting, kept fast and secure
• Ongoing maintenance and security updates
• Unlimited revisions, within reasonable scope (see below)

Getting started

To build your site, we'll need some information and content from you — things like your business details, branding, photos, and copy. The sooner you provide this, the sooner we can get your site live. We're not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content.

Billing

Your subscription bills monthly, starting from the date we agree your site goes live. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract — you're billed month to month. We'll always let you know in advance if pricing ever changes.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Unlimited revisions, fair use

"Unlimited revisions" means we'll keep refining your site as long as you're subscribed — text edits, layout tweaks, new pages, swapped images, and similar reasonable requests. It's not intended to cover a full redesign every week or work outside the scope of a standard business website. If a request is unusually large, we'll let you know before starting.

Ownership

While your subscription is active, your site is built and hosted using our own platform and code. Content you provide — your business name, logo, photos, and written copy — is and remains yours. If you cancel your subscription, hosting for the site ends at the close of your current billing period, and we'll help you export your content on request.

Acceptable use

Please don't use your site to host or promote anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend service for sites that violate this.

No guaranteed results

We build fast, well-crafted websites — but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like search rankings, traffic, or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep your site up and running, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
